Contact and B2B inquiries
When you submit a contact or B2B form, the details you enter are transmitted over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker and sent via Resend as an email to info@harmoniq-drinks.com. The sender’s email address is used as the reply address. The form code does not create a separate message database or log message contents. The services involved may process delivery and technical operating data.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect forms against automated submissions and may process technical connection and browser data. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Resend Privacy Policy.
Information submitted by email is used only to handle your inquiry and, where relevant, a potential business relationship. It is deleted once the matter is concluded unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Technically necessary technologies provide this website securely and protect forms against automated submissions, including Cloudflare Turnstile on contact and B2B forms. Your language preference and privacy choice may be stored locally in your browser.
Optional analytics with Microsoft Clarity
Only after you choose “Accept analytics”, this website loads Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft, to understand how visitors use the website through heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft may process page views, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, connection data and online identifiers, and may use analytics cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Form contents are explicitly masked. We do not enable advertising storage through this integration.
If you decline or have not decided, the Clarity script is not loaded. Your current analytics choice is stored locally in your browser. A choice made under the previous notice, which described a site without analytics, is not treated as permission for Clarity. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining after acceptance stops Clarity, removes its first-party cookies and reloads the page without the tracking script. This does not affect processing that already occurred.

Server log data
